Any truck or trailer currently listed as available in your inventory. Sold, archived, or hidden units don't count toward your limit.

What's the built-in CRM — do I need a separate system?

No. Every lead that comes in through your storefront lands in your DealerRadar inbox automatically. You can view full history, assign leads to reps, and track status without a separate CRM. Most dealers find it replaces the need for a basic CRM tool.

How does the call log work with my leads?

With the Voice add-on, every inbound call is logged and linked to the buyer's lead record (if one exists). You can see which unit they were viewing, which rep answered, how long the call lasted, and replay the recording — all in your dashboard.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved.
